If any of these terms and conditions should be determined to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable by reason of the laws of any state or country then to the extent of such illegality, invalidity or unenforceability and in relation to such state or country the provision in question will apply with the minimum modifications necessary to make it valid and enforceable. All other provisions of these terms and conditions will remain in full force and effect and will not in any way be impaired.
